For the first time, War on Screen welcomes a Short Films Student Jury of seven members, from the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris –Nancy Campus, the Filmuniversität Babelsberg Konrad Wolf of Potsdam (Germany), and the Paris 1 University, who will judge the 12 films of the short films international competition, awarding a prize for the best.
